By creating an account or using TableSync, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using TableSync on behalf of a restaurant or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
TableSync is provided to help you manage orders, inventory, staff, and reporting for your restaurant branches. You agree to use the service only for lawful business purposes and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the system.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account, including staff accounts created under your organization. You retain ownership of the business data you enter into TableSync.
Plan pricing is agreed with our sales team based on the number of branches and staff on your account. Fees are billed in advance for the agreed billing cycle unless otherwise stated in your order form.
TableSync is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of TableSync after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
